Professor Oladiji has won a number of accolades for her research and teaching, including the University’s Merit Award, a Certificate of Merit, and a number of scholarships.
Both the Nigerian Academy of Science and the Nigerian Society for Biochemistry and Molecular Biology have elected her to their ranks as a Fellow. She has been an external examiner at over 20 universities in Nigeria and beyond, as well as a member of several scientific committees at the National Universities Commission (NUC) and the Tertiary Education Fund (TetFund).
Professor Oladiji is affiliated with numerous academic organizations, including the Science Association of Nigeria, the Nigerian Society of Experimental Biology, the American Society of Nutrition, and the Organization for Women in Science for the Developing World (OSWD).
